At Labels Resale Boutique, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible items. Please ensure all original boutique tags remain attached and the items are in the same condition as when they left our shop.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Check your receipt to ensure the purchase was made within the last 14 days and that the item was not marked as a final sale or clearance piece.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the garment is unworn and includes all original Labels Resale Boutique security tags and designer packaging where applicable.

• 3.
  Submit Your Request

  Visit our boutique in person or contact our support team via email to initiate a return authorization for online orders.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a digital or physical gift card for the full purchase price to use on your next designer find.
